Fitness camp, slimming camp or slimming holiday?
Get away from your daily duties, join us and take part in the camp. It will be a week of intense exercise with healthy nutrition and great female company.

  • 7 nights in double rooms with a balcony in building A
  • 3 meals in the form of a buffet (for those willing - a 1500 kcal diet)

Daily training plan for fitness camps

Workout 1 - Aqua aerobics

It is excellent training for all young and old, including those who suffer from cardiovascular or respiratory diseases (as long as there are no medical contraindications). Exercises in water increase the overall efficiency of the body - they improve the work of the heart and lungs, stimulate blood circulation, and develop muscle strength. Regular water training ensures not only great health and physical condition but also strengthens immunity because cool water perfectly hardens the body.

Workout 2 - Pilates

Pilates are exercises that are friendly to people with specific health problems. Among other things, it is recommended for those who suffer from various degenerations and defects of the spine. Pilates helps to strengthen the back muscles and thus relieves the spine. Exercises also involve the deep muscles that we rarely use, which constitute the scaffolding for the entire body and help to maintain the correct body posture. Most people declare that thanks to Pilates, the pain in the spine has significantly decreased or has been completely eliminated.

Workout 3 - Nordic walking

It is a very good form of physical activity for people who want to get in shape and for those who want to keep it. It is willingly practised by sports enthusiasts, but also by people who spend most of their time at a desk on a daily basis and want to improve their condition. Walking with poles has many advantages for the cardiovascular system, as well as for the muscles of the arms or the torso and lower limbs. It has been shown that adding walking poles activates much more muscles than just walking. It also burns more calories.

Workout 4 - Cardio

Cardio training is also known as endurance training or aerobic training. It is currently one of the most popular and universal types of physical activity. This type of training can be performed by virtually anyone, regardless of age and gender. Cardio exercise is a great way to burn excess body fat and shed excess weight. What's more, it improves lung function and the heart's work. Aerobic training consists of moderate exercise. When it is performed systematically, it allows you to improve the efficiency and endurance of the body
